How To Think And Grow Rich Llike An Entrepreneur

Most people probably spend most of their day worrying or thinking about all the negative things in life. Did you know that up to 70% of our daily thoughts revolve around things we do not desire, how we don't want things to be and about things that could fail? But the entrepreneur thinks differently. Would you like to think and grow rich like an entrepreneur?

Thinking and growing rich, however, depends on the state of your mind and what your life goals actually are. You've got to keep challenging yourself everyday with new knowledge. This knowledge if acquired the right way, will open up new possibilities. And soon, you'll begin to make adventure into endless discoveries and opportunities. It's necessary for you to expose yourself to unfamiliar and challenging situations. Situations like this are opportunities to expand your consciousness around what you're able to represent as an entrepreneur. It'll help you in your entrepreneurial growth. Don't give up!

Growth is attained when you reach a certain level in life through learned capabilities. It's synonymous with moving from a lower level of life to a higher one. This is what actually separates successful entrepreneurs from the rest of the world. Are you an entrepreneur? Have a possibility mentality. Naturally, challenges would arise. But they're there to strengthen you in your weakness and ultimately move you to the next level.

You can think and grow rich when you:

1. Solve Problems
A typical successful entrepreneur is a problem solver. In other words, an entrepreneur is a creative thinker. He knows he can't grow rich without thinking creative thoughts. When you think creatively, you not only see the world with an eye of possibilities, but you also bring those possibilities into play. The entrepreneur reprogrammes his mind for the best in other to meet the ever emerging needs of man.

There's so much embedded in the maxim "knowledge is power". To me, knowledge backed with action is more powerful than knowledge just ordinarily acquired. The point is, if you acquired knowledge in any field of human endeavour, apply it to add value and better the life of mankind. If you identified a need and met it, chances are that you would make straight for the bank without looking backward!

Being on the creative pedestal like the entrepreneur means that you're constantly in the learning process. You can't solve problems when you're averse to learning new ways of doing things. In fact, every problem is solved as a result of new knowledge. Did you know that when you stop learning you stop thinking creative thoughts? And that when you stop thinking creative thoughts, you start dying creatively? A successful entrepreneur is constantly on the learning curve.

2. Find a Skill
Learning a skill is one of the best ways to grow rich. A skill helps bring out the best in you and ultimately develop you personally both in life and business. From experience, I've discovered that one of the reasons there is so much unemployment in any country of the world is lack of skilled  labour. There is so much reliance on certification and less emphasis on skill acquisition.

This is worrisome in most countries of Africa where school leavers carry their academic certificates from one street to another seeking employment. Be that as it may, it's my candid view that a combination of both academic certificate and a learned skill would give you an advantage over those intellectual counterparts in the same academic line.

Think outside the box. Find a skill and learn it. Then do [practise] it. And finally, sell [monetise] it. The equation summarises thus:

Find a Skill-------Learn It------------Do It--------Sell It

A few examples of skills you can learn are writing, graphics design, web design, networking, marketing, teaching, building and construction, to mention a few. Read my article 15 Amazing Money-Making Business Ideas For Success

3. Look For a Proven Business Model
A common mistake budding entrepreneurs do is to try a business model that might not work for them. They try to re-invent the wheel. All that's required of you is to emulate what works rather than waste time and dissipate energy on trial and error that might discourage you in the long run. If you can follow a proven formula that has already been tested and run by successful entrepreneurs, you'll be amazed at how far and fast you can go.

Though there is no harm in trial, if you have the patience and wherewithal to stay on course, you're encouraged to do so after all Rome wasn't built in a day!

While it's true that building a successful business takes time, there are currently many business models you can leverage as fast as possible. You can do a Google search on the Internet with the click of a button on your computer or do a research in your local environment to find out what business model suits your passion and goal that people have already made money from.

4. Create Your Own Product/Service
One way to establish credibility and professionalism in your area of expertise is to create your own product or render a service. Since you've already developed a skill that's totally yours, all you need to do is turn that skill into profitable use. For instance, if you can teach people "how to produce a cell phone" or "how to write articles" or "how to blog", etc.

More so, worthy of note is the fact that your skill is what adds value to others' lives. A skill that's in great demand by consumers has a direct bearing on their lives. In other words, that skill solves a problem for them. What this means is that in the future, the demand for it will increase ----- the level of monetisation will be high.  And this invariably will swell your bank account without hassles. Think of what product to offer to your customers or a service you can render to them to continually put money in your pocket.

5. Establish a Business
No solid business is built overnight. However, now that you've acquired a skill and are smart, the next line of action would be to launch a full business. To do this, gather all the relevant parts that make up the product/service into a great business that you can call your own.

Think about those essential components of your business. For instance, if you're into writing business, you may think beyond writing only; you can sort of create departments for your new business --- tutorials, graphics, helpdesk, etc. This way, you can build a complete viable business system that can be up and running.

6. Look For a Proven Market
Any business without a market will soon wind up. However, before you go into any business, conducting a market research is essential. Here, you should be able to determine who your customers are, number of customers, their tastes and preferences, their financial ability and other considerations.

It's usually said that customers are kings. Customers know no wrong, etc. What this means is that your customers should be treated like no other. They must be given the first place position in your business, otherwise you would simply and quickly get out of business. The customers are the reason you are in business. So when next they show up in your office, treat them as the kings and queens they are! Remember, the market must be a proven one. Was the market tested? Did others in the same line of business with you make money from them?

If you want to be rich, simply serve more people. Business is all about serving people. If your customer is treated preferentially, chances are that someone will ask you how they can get more of your service. It's when you'll also know what you have to offer that others are willing to pay for. The internet has afforded you that great opportunity. "Teach and serve people first. Then you don't have to sell. They'll ask you for more and force their money on you" -------Robert Kiyosaki

Anyone can think, but not everyone can think creatively. Thinking is one of the hardest work to do. But to think and grow rich like the entrepreneur, you must challenge your mind with new realities. The best indication that you grow as an entrepreneur is that you use positive words.

Entrepreneurs are distinct in the way they do things --- they find their passion, believe in themselves and start the journey in spite of any challenges.  They're agents of economic revival of any given nation and are reliant on their own ability to create wealth and to succeed. And any government that ignores entrepreneurship, the ship that steers the economic center, is doomed to destruction! In fact, entrepreneurship is the largest employer of labor globally.
